Lisa Carrodus: Fitness Pro's New Website Launched

This is a project I have been involved in on an ongoing basis, producing all copy for the website including biography and section descriptions.

Lisa Carrodus is a Fitness Pro, Figure Model and TV Presenter. Lisa's extensive work began by earning Fitness and Figure Modeling titles on an international stage against some of the world's best competitors.

Since then she has appeared on LA Muscle TV and The Active Channel and featured in popular fitness magazines like Muscle and Fitness. Today she performs with British Pro Wrestling Federation, FWA UK, and is regularly seen at events all over the UK. Lisa is an avid spokeswoman for health and fitness and uses her work to promote the importance of a healthy, active lifestyle.
