Fighting Spirit Film Festival 2018

The Fighting Spirit Film Festival is back with a great lineup of films, and I will be hosting a special free seminar for festival goers.

This year's lineup includes big screen premieres of Jesse V. Johnson's The Debt Collector, starring Scott Adkins and Louis Mandylor, Ross Boyask's Vengeance starring Stu Bennett and Gary Daniels (both with Q&As), classic screenings of Enter the Dragon, The Karate Kid 2 and a great selection of short films, in and out of competition.

Plus, I am hosting a seminar on making modern action films, citing many of our favourite filmmakers from past and present, looking at examples, and bringing some special guests to share their own experiences. I'm honoured to have been invited.

It takes place on 14th-15th September at Stratford East Picturehouse in London.

Through martial arts cinema we aim to entertain and inspire people, promote martial arts culture, and support those who have chosen it as a career.We hope that by making this an annual event that it will help create a stronger market for martial arts and action films, support and grow the legacy of films in the genre gone before and continue to entertain, inspire, amaze and enlighten audiences.
